What People Are Saying About Caroline

Caroline’s performance was captivating, innovative and engaging. Her training workshops were just what our staff needed to get energized for the upcoming summer. Her training style is creative and resonates well with young adults, especially in a summer camp setting. Her workshops pushed our staff to think differently of themselves as Jewish leaders and made them realize their ability to make an impact on the lives of children. Caroline was a professional and a joy to work with. She was flexible and easy to collaborate and communicate with. You can tell she really loves what she does.Rachael Speck, Emma Kaufmann Camp
Caroline is one of the most talented, hardworking, honest people I know. Her dedication to her writing and to spreading her truth is utterly inspiring. As her student, Caroline encouraged me and pushed me in ways I never thought were possible. I will always be grateful to her!Tamar, Brandeis High School Programs
I was lucky enough to have Caroline Rothstein conduct a webinar for members of the program I manage, the Culture of Respective Collective. These are student affairs professionals who are personally and professionally committed to ending campus sexual violence. Every day, these folks work tirelessly on issues around compliance, confidentiality, etc. For them to relate to their work in an entirely new way – through art, and especially through Caroline’s amazing spoken word pieces – was a breath of fresh air and allowed them to see their work and the survivors they serve from a new perspective.Allison Tombros Korman, Senior Director, Culture of Respect
Having Caroline join us at Camp Ramah in Wisconsin this past summer was a dream three years in the making. She had a huge impact on me personally and I knew that if she could influence me as a camp professional, there were endless possibilities for her work and engaging personality to affect our counselors and staff. Her presence at camp this summer did just that. She built relationships with our campers and staff, taught, and empowered a group of entering 9th graders to find their own creative voices. Caroline is about the process just as much as the product and I know that this process will be impactful far beyond their time together.Adina Allen, Camp Ramah in Wisconsin
Miraculous is the word I would use to describe a gathering of over 70 men from 11 fraternity chapters to experience the Caroline’s incredible performance. Caroline empowered our campus to create a brave space for our community to accelerate our goals of inclusion, safety, and equity. Her engagement with students of diverse backgrounds expanded the breadth of her impact. Our fraternities, communities, and campus are better because of Caroline’s expertise.Zak Lempert, VP for Diversity and Inclusion, UC IFC
Caroline has done an amazing job of getting our undergraduate Brothers to engage on very difficult issues, to open up and discuss these issues like men. She’s helping our undergraduates become better Brothers, better men and better people.Jim Fleischer, AEPi’s chief executive officer
We brought Caroline to perform at Drexel University for our Jewish students because we believed that the conversation should continue outside of Greek Life. In a partnership between Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity and our Jewish Student Association, Caroline preformed and started a previously non-existent dialogue between our Jewish Greek and non-Greek students. I truly believe no one else would have been able impact our students like she did! I am counting down the days until we are able to bring her back again!Jonathan Coopersmith, President, Jewish Student Association and President Emeritus, Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity, Drexel University
It’s no wonder why Caroline Rothstein speaks to college youth around the nation. Her performances are exemplary and shed such important light on pressing issues related to sexuality, sexual assault and every relevant matter in between. Some performances are lighthearted while others are heavy, yet all being with them a valuable lesson or perspective. Seeing her perform multiple times has been a true privilege.Morgan Mattler, President of AEPi Grand Valley State University
